Thank you rescuer for the explanation. My question is: can I correct my own false taged projects from the past or it it ment / possible only for upcoming future projects? Would like to do it correctly.
I am not sure i understand , but i will count on you to correct me. Kay
Crafting items (yarn and other crafts) go in Crafting
Sewing/Quilting goes in Sewing
Embroidery Projects done by the user are placed in Projects. Gifts from others go in the Personal or Chat sections.
Cuties please be sure to put your Craft projects in the Crafting section. If you didn't Embroider it -- it does not belong in the Project section
I am terrible at tagging, however I will do my best to keep things straight!
Back to the top so everyone gets a chance to read it.
Thank you, Rescuer, for such a concise and easy to understand explanation of categories for this website.......Veronika's website has become so easy to navigate with the help of the mods keeping things running smoothly.........a huge thanks to the mods and all they have to put up with.........can't be easy!!!
Thank you Rescuer for always looking after us and this site. I appreciate all the help you give me.
Hugs
Jerri
Thanks for letting everyone know. I'm sure we all will try to place in the right section. Marian
We have no problem with you asking us if you can't figure it out yourself. just PM:

I am sure thought I do not figure it out and will depend on someone correcting me. Are we in the military? It is OK. Kay
We should all be prepared to help make the site run smoothly, and to not take offence if our mistakes are pointed out to us.
Quite a few of us post knitting and crochet items in Projects. Should these go in Crafting instead?
Searching would be so much easier if we all tried harder to tag our posts. I know I often forget.
Thanks for the clarification. I know I still get confused if I am posting in the right place. We will learn eventually.
Thanks for the reminders, it's easy to get confused especially if your question or problem covers several different areas.
