I could spend all day in the fabric store! You did really well in 5 minutes! I keep trying to tell myself that I need to use what I have before I buy more but it's just impossible not to buy all those cute fabrics!
Carolyn, you must have a wonderful husband. Even though he is in pain, he thought of your joy! Hugs to you both!!
Cindy
My kind of shopper, you did well for 5 MINUTES ! It takes longer than that for me to get checked out!
Hello
Are you from Canada. Which Fabricland did you go?
wonderful would love to run across a bargain like that i have got a few good deals at jo ann on templates the quilt will be so very pretty looking for ward to seeing it .
Oh my goodness, imagine what you would have come out with if you had longer in there. Looks like a great stash, well done. I'd be lucky to get a couple of fat quarters in 5 minutes!
Looks like a good day for shopping & hoping that Dr.'s visit went just as well!~hugs~
WOW,thats quite alot of stuff. You will be busy sewing and then posting. Can't wait to see your next batch of projects. Hope everything is okay with John. Hugs Lynn
I can see loads of new towel toppers and other lovely projects 8-)
Great deal Carolyn! Not even in Ebay you can find such a good price! Hugs, Yoriko
You are one lady in a million that knows what she wants and goes after it.Great shopping!!!!
Wow you did well. Beautiful fabrics you chose in such a short time.
Lucky You Carolyn. Wish I could have been there with you, but then I don't really need any more fabric.
They do have some good deals! That's usually where I go. Good picking! You did very well for only 5 minutes!
Wow i think you have created so sort of record well done...soozie
wellllllllll i never tried to but John was so sick and he said i'll give you 5 minutes lol
I have the green in number 3...love the complimentary fabric you have.
That's a major accomplishment for only 5 minutes. Our local JoAnn store would not be able to get that many items run through the register in that amount of time.
Nice haul of goodies. This will hold you for the week now. Have fun stitching and hope to see the quilt soon.
I am in awe of your shopping skills and humbly bow to you :-) I can shop with the best, but not with the queen. You have made some amazing purchases and now I want to run out to my Fabriclands (we have 2 in the city) and see what damage I can do...
First of all, I hope that all goes well with your husband! Wow! you picked out an amazing stash in 5 minutes. I am one who takes forever picking out fabric. In fact, I sometimes leave with fabric for an entirely different project than I went shopping for ;-) Looking forward to seeing your quilt!
it looks like wonderland! i can imagine two months ago I have been in Bangkok and visited Chinatown - together with my husband to carry all my shoppings. It was lke a dream. Unfortunately it wasnT enough space in my luggage. but I will return with empty suitcase ....
Congratulations on all these wonderful pieces of fabric and ribbons Carolyn. You did really well in the limited amount of time - I agree with the others, what would you have been able to do with more time!!!!!!! I am a sucker for any Christmas fabric. You did well! Love Chris
Wow if this is what you can pick up in 5 min. what can you get in 1/2hr.. watch out for Super Shopper..
Nice finds. Do they have a remnant bin in your store? I always check that first in Joann's. They are the end of bolts usually 1 yard or less. Lately others have discovered this goodie and I have not found much there. When I come home , I serge the edges and throw the fabric in the wash. then it is ready for whatever! Looks as if you are going to make more towel holders. I call them rabbit ears. Kay
they do have a one and two dollar bin but i love these fat Quarters more!!!lol Got 4 ears looking at me here hmmmmmmm****
Wow, what a haul...you could have done some serious damage if you would have had a few more minutes...
Great buy....just think what you could have purchased if you had 10 minutes.
