I am hoping you found out the answer to this question. I called and left a message last week regarding the same question. I have yet to hear back, A little leary about doing business with a company that does not respond to questions.
They are slow to answer and reply----they have responded to emails I have sent within 2-3 days--I had a membership several years ago and they extended it for a few days because I got behind on downloading===yhat was not their fault---but I do not like AUTOMATIC renewals that come directly out of my account and I have no control over it--one site that had "MEMBERSHIPS" recently went out of business which also makes me cautious----SICK has been around for many years and probably will be around for many years---but again I do not like the "AUTOMATIC RENEWAL" ideas----thank you and God bless you.
I just looked at it and copied this for you from their page. Looks like it's for 3 months and you would have to renew if you wanted to continue.
You can cancel at anytime without affecting your current subscription. for example: You order a 3 month membership and immediately cancel it (instructions can be found in your payment reciept from 2CheckOut or Paypal), your subscription will still continue for the 3 months with no farther payments.
Okay, on further inspection, looks like it does automatically renew but you can sign up, cancel the automatic renewal and still get the 3 months for current price.

Thanks. I do not like an automatic renewal clause at checkout. I want to be in control and not have those "automatic renewal" clauses. It just gives me a real uneasy and skeptical feeling when I see those kinds of notices. Sick has been in business for a very long time, but things change even in the best sites. I have seen it happen many times. I don't think it will happen at Sick, but you never know. I really think it is a good deal, many designs and new ones come out all the time. I bought the 3 month membership BUT.....I think it does have the automatic renewal..UNLESS you go to your Paypal site and cancel it out. Not sure how it all works. I'm going to call SiCK tomorrow and make sure. I agree though...I don't like that automatic thing...from ANY company and a lot of them are doing that.
My feelings exactly. I bought a membership several years ago for a month and got many designs, but there was not that automatic renewal clause at that time. I am just EXTREMELY WARY when that is part of the agreement. It's not like I need more designs. They have at least 3 free per day that we can get. I have a collection of designs that I have purchased and gotten free over the last 10 years, and I do not need any more, BUTTTTTTT---it is just so much fun to look and collect and add to my stash. The great thing---it can be stored on a computer or thumb drive and not take up the entire basement and attic and all of the house AND A SHED specially built for my junk!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is also a toll free phone number to talk to a live person and ask. There are usually people on the chat that know.

you have to renew it yourself. I have just renewed. I waited until they had a special on as the rate of exchange is awful at the moment.

I had a look and it would appear that it is a one time membership. As they have a RENEW button I think you would have to renew when the membership runs out. If you are not sure contact them and ask. Hugs Marg

As far as I know, it's a one time membership, but you can always put in a support ticket there and ask.
