Sue, I'm so happy I have a membership there, I'm going to make this one really soon! It is scrumptious! Thank You!
I wish I had made one of these when I saw it - today I smashed my reading glasses whilst getting into the car (the door closed on them) on my way to the Endodontist! One arm has flown off and I can't find it, the other arm has sheared right off the corner on the right hand side. Thankfully I've got some of those spare ones from the Chemist. Not only will I have to get Root Canal Therapy and a new Crown, but also some new Specs! Aaaagghghghh! Love Chris
I think you are showing of your stash of fantastic fabric, if I had some like this I would too. I love the design
Hugs Pam..
Thanks for this one Sue, it is beautiful even with the busy fabric.
Fabulous project, Sue. I was looking for items to make as door prizes for my quilt guild's show and this fits the bill perfectly!
nicely done & I agree with you a solid would show the chevron more effectively. ~hugs~
This is wonderful! I get the braided effect, but I think you're correct: if some of the fabrics were neutral, those theme fabrics would stand out more! But still a great eye glasses case!
Looks great & the best part is you won't lose your glasses!
Well done Sue!
I found the design and now I must find the time...
Great design and eyeglass cases are always a wonderful gift for anyone. Love Chris
Sue this is lovely you have done a brilliant job. How long did it take and is it fiddly to do. Sue
fantastic way to use up those bits from other projects too. Love the design, just add an hanging strap and your glasses are allways at hand
This is really special Sue. I personally love the busy fabric.
