I made some more angels for my MIL's angel tree, including one she can keep on the top of her tree. I stitched two of Sonia Showalter's Angel of Light short version and glued them together. I don't know why the picture turned, but she's standing on her wing tips. The top row of angels are my design. I can't remember where I got the other angels from.

I can imagine making a sheet skirt of organza or tulle... or using a silk flower (like a carnation) for a skirt. Thank you for sharing your wonderful work. You inspire me!

She did love the new angels. I gave them to her at the beginning of our cruise. I was worried that she'd give them all away before returned.
