This little cook stove is adorable! It is a super idea because once play time is over it can be folded neatly and put away. Does the oven door open? If velcro or snaps were used on the door the little cook would be able to stick their pan in the oven to bake ;-) I don't have any grandbabies yet but your super stove makes me want to make one anyway!
Such a great idea for playtime, did you have a pattern or did you make it as you went along, G
This is adorable! Yup.... gonna try this one. Thanks for the inspiration... you did a wonderful job.
it has big pockets on both sides, but my pic doesn't really show them, and velcro on the oven door. ties at the sides, near the back of the 'cook-top' to hold all in place. Little loops for the tie to attach it to the flap over the back of chair.
Hi Vicki, fabulous chair cover, well done. I wanted to ask is that meat safe/pantry storage cupboard in the right an antique? I remember my Nanna having one very similar back in Adelaide, when I was a wee lass. I have the same drawers as you with those silver handles. You've got good taste!!!!! Love your Olive Oil too! I'm a big user of it! Love Chris
yep, Chris, it is as old as you and I put together. Has had some new wire and a coat of varnish. Originally it had tin with little holes in it on the doors and sides, but it was past fixing.
What a CLEVER idea. I've never seen anything like that before. You've done a good job.
Can't take the credit for the idea, as I saw it on Facebook and decided to try. I only used fabrics in my cupboard, and it would have been lots quicker to have just used a heap of calico and some coloured binding.
What a fabulous idea! So cute and perfect for those with limited space! Bravo!
This chair would make anyone smile hugs
My daughter says that kids respond best to the smiling face toys, so that's why he's there
I've been watching for this post. Aren't you clever! This is so cute, a purple stove!
I was hoping that you would see it Toogie. Not my idea, but all the colours and embroidery are my addition.
What a good idea, you can even sit on the cooker without getting your bottom burned!
however, not on this particular chair. It's really old and not for sitting on these days as it's too wobbly for adults!
