Tried this on Gandalf yesterday,it didn't workout exactly like this, but he did stay on my lap getting his neck massaged until I got sick of rubbing his neck.He isn't a cuddly cat.
Our Westies use to lie like this with their heads on my knees while I combed their bellies & paws ,even at dog shows.

That is cool, They get achy too. Not often you see them that position Though She must really trust him.

How precious Now that is total trust!! I have a cat I call Mama T she is a tortie who wears a black mask across the bottom of her face. She is so placid I can do anything to her. Turn her upside-down and hold here like a baby and rub her tummy she will sit like this on me and purr away. She smiles to. Suzanne
