I just had an aha moment -I have this vintage cast iron towel rod that I just love..........we have had it for over 30 years ...(who knows how old it really is?) anyway you can't slip a wall hanging over it as it is fused together so the rod doesn't come out... We have painted it to match the wall colour in our kitchen many times over the years lol. Every holiday I like to hang a coordinating wall hanging but as you can see this doesn't work well with a traditional sleeve so I resort to pinning strategically @ the back of each hanging with ribbons or fabric ties. Now comes the aha moment I wanted to change over to Easter & after pressing my hanging I realized that my KAM snaps would be perfect for this SO VOILA.... now I will have to put snaps on every hanging that I have lol but much easier to hang with the snaps then pinning.

.. and a light goes on! You've just given me an idea to use something lying around for months. Tx

Congrats on your Aha moment. This is why I keep a big bin of leftover containers. When I need to contain something of a certain size and shape and I go to the bin and AHA! there's the container I need to fit in the right leftover space in the drawer -- or wherever.
