Love this - can you explain a bit more about the patchwork, please?

You draw the design on a medium weight cotton. Trace also on freezer paper. The freezer paper design you cut out (Make sure you number it as well on the fabric as on the freezer paper otherwise it is quite a puzzle) Iron the freezer paper parts on pieces of fabric to make the design up then tag these fabric pieces on the whole design. With quarter inch bias tape make the outlines. Hope this is not too confusing. When I make another one I will make photos of each step.

I see - a paper pieced jigsaw with the joins covered with the bias tape. Did you hand stitch that or machine it?

Thank you for taking the time to explain your method of making the patchwork! Love how you incorporated patchwork and embroidery! Looking forward to seeing the step by step photos of your next creation.
