This was fun! I stitched all the designs on heavy WSS and then cut very close to the design. Soaked in water and then placed on the bars of soap while still wet. Today, after they were completely dry, I sealed the design by dipping in parafin. I hope to add the TP, soaps, and other things to baskets for Christmas gifts.

I love these ! After dipping them in parafin, can they be used or are they strictly decorative ? I know I'd just leave them on display in my bathroom, but if I make some, someone will ask, can I use this, so let me know. Beautiful gift idea !

I do these alot to use up my wet away, as I hate throwing things away. I usually do the Brother card 20 small designs. we have found the embroidery out lasts the soap. I often do a flannel to match, good idea for childrens birthday parties. It's a great idea to dip them in parafin. They are really lovely well done.

Very nice. Good Job. I made some several years ago for craft shows and made towels to match. They really sold well .(Brother web site has Flowers of the month in small and large designs.) I did wrap in self sealing cellophane and made small deco labels and placed on back of cello stating For Decorative Purpoaes Only. Didn't want someone to give as gift and when they got wet design would come off. A flower for you.

Thank you for the towel suggestion! Yes I do plan on wrapping the soaps but had not thought of the label for decorative purposes. I really do not think the ones I will give them to would use them but who knows about kids or guests. hee hee
