Love your adorable set! Love your color choice, so happy!
Thank you. I bought the yellow just for taggies but the cotton I had on hand already.
these little taggies and toys are beautiful. They have reminded me that I promised a friend that I would make something similar [based on Sue's idea] for his mum who has advancing dementia. thought I'd try a purse with taggie things, zips and different colours and textures. Thanks for jolting me into action.
That will be something for her to 'fiddle' with, keeping her hands busy. Thanks for looking.
These are adorable. What lucky little ones. They will love them so much as will the parents. Minky is a super soft fabric babies love to cuddle.
You did such a terrific job.
love it i was just wondering where you got to missed seeing your projects hugs Carolyn
Good to be back, missed all of you too. I will never catch up with the post, but just know I have looked and spread flowers everywhere. Nice quilting you've done on the white.
How sweet of you! I have not worked with minky yet. Is it like working with fleece?
Adorable...just adorable...I love that "duck" or...some say platypus...I made one last year for my g-neice, Penelope...she loves it!
Hi, If you remember,I made one for Nora, a brown one and gave to her with her quilt, in July. She loves hers too and the fabric is so soft. Thanks-Toogie
Absolutely darling!!
Thanks V, I have been trying to catch up on all I have missed and I see you are still hard at work with your designing. Keep up the good work!-Toogie
They are cute as can be toogie and you are so sweet making all these/Lillian
Sawyer's grandmother is a first time gram and is so excited,I had to make her something for him. She is new to our church, along with her husband, but her daughter that is expecting, lives out of state. Thanks Lillian for looking-T
They are so cute, Any child would love to have them. How big are the taggie blankets? Happy Stitching!!!
Hi Brenda, I cut the taggies square, with my 12 1/2 inch ruler. I cut the ribbons 5 inches and fold them in half, placing 4 to each side. My granddaughter likes the sheer ribbons and the satin ones best, but the sheer ones have actually frayed off with her chewing/sucking on them. (I didn't make it though-lol) Hers was the first one we had heard of or ever saw. In fact, my daughter was uncertain at the time, what it was actually for. Now we know. Nora can't sleep without hers!
Great work Toogie. I do like the way you have embroidered the name across the fabric. Cuddle fleece is great to work with and super for babies
This yellow is super soft and makes a great duck..uh umm..platypus.-lol-Thanks-Toogie

I agree they are adorable Toogie & I hope your allergies are getting better. ~hugs~
