Do what I just did - replace the needle, replace the bobbin, change bobbin thread brands, change thread brands, clean out bobbin case area, oil it, take to dealer and have him find the problem - mine was a thread bit in the wrong place. It was causing havoc - machine stopoed stitching every 10-30 stitches and said to rethread upper thread.
clean your machine maybe???when mine does this it is dirty hugs Carolyn up #11 from you:):)
Take the bobbin out and replace it making sure it is in correctly. Is it only the design that is playing up?
I don't have that design so can't say something is wrong but it sounds more like a threading problem than a design problem. Some one else is sure to come along with more helpful advice I am sure. What type of machine do you have?
