That's a beautiful font, Laura, love that L. Great job!
Hugs, Lidia
I think all of us "L" girls are drawn to that font - hehehe!! Thanks, Lidia! Hugs, Laura*
Very elegant, I can understand why your sons girlfriend was surprised - and probably impressed :)
Had many people ask me where this design came from. I purchased it from The Itch2Stitch. I believe it was called Elegant Monogram and it came in two different sets of sizes. Thanks bunches.
Could someone please tell me whose font this is? I had forgotten about it and was sure I had it but now I don't find it. It's probably hidden in my files somewhere!! Thanks alot
I would be happy to help with where this font came from.... I got it from The Itch2Stitch. I like this font so much that I got both set of sizes that they have. I also need to say that it stitched out so well!!
I'm sure your gift made her feel welcomed! Funny how a little gift can warm the heart.
How nice of you to try and make up for her not having her family with her. I love the towel especially since it has the L on it. LOL You did great/Lillian
Thank you Lillian!!! I guess I kind of like the "L" too - hehehe Hugs to you, Laura*

Lovely towel, Laura! What a very nice gift. Hugs, Joyce
She is going to treasure this and the memory of being included in your family. It is very hard to be apart from your family and you made her family for the day.
Thank you, Karen for such kind words - you are so right - it is hard to be apart from your family. I couldn't help but, feel bad for her folks also - they must have missed her terribly! Hugs, Laura*
love it how did you do the towel 3 colors i love your idea hugs
Carolyn, I was lucky to find this hand towel the way it is - two toned with a little white in between. They also had a dark blue with the deep red which was very pretty. I was afraid it might be too masculine though. Hugs, Laura*
oh i love it i can see some mixed matched just doing it yourself but then thats work****
Oh, I agree - it would be work and I don't think I could make it look this good!!!
How kind of you to stitch her out something special! I'm sure she was thrilled. I would be!
It's always a treat to surprise someone, not just for them, but you as well. Good job on the embroidery. This L would be pretty for my Lanie or you Laura.
Toogie, I do have to admit - I so wanted to try this font. And, when I found this hand towel - I knew what I wanted to do. You are so right - we do get such satisfaction in giving unexpected gifts!! Thanks, Laura*
