when doing embrodiery on MC 9500, the top thread get struck below, a nest is formed. the bobbin thread does not come in contact with the top thread. and then the bobbin holder moves to anti clock
My Janome 9500 when I do embroidery the top thread gets struck in the bobbin holder, then needle is struck, a lump of top thread is formed underneath the cloth. I think the bobbin holder is faulty
