My XP crashed. Now have Windows 7 and can't get Ped Basic to work. I downloaded new program from the Brother website but still won't work. Anyone have a solution. The support is open on weekends.

This is for powagrl concerning my problem with Stitch Era. Do I have to delete it and restall the program again? If so, then the update will now give me an option whether I want it or not?
My Stitch Era Universal made me do an upgrade the last time I tried to use it. The upgraded version won't let me save my work. It comes up with an error message every time I try to save.

I just switched to a windows 7 computer. I downloaded my Stitch Era Universal which has worked great on the XP computer. When I try to resize or move an item it seems to do it in stages.
