I made these yesterday! They are very cute and I plan to use them for a of couple projects one being head bands for my young friend. The one with the reddish color is the one closest to the bees I have in my area. These are stand alone with the body bein
Candle wraps from ls-liane are always so wonderful. I used angeling fiber with this one. It is hard to tell but certain areas do sparkle. I stitched this awhile ago and found it recently and thought you would enjoy this piece.
When I got on my machine after a forced hiatus, I felt like such a newbie. I broke 3 needles and decided that I chose the wrong size (big insteadof little) for the black towel. and the wrong red color for the white towel. I also think the gold is too ligh
I made 2 wine bags out of the stitchouts from working with Christie. I forgot to turn the design so instead of towels they became these useful bags. Thanks for looking. I think they will go to different folk since I did not line them up the same.
These bookmarks are from Ann. I made these to mark this years visit. They really are beautiful.
Here is the bee Christie and I worked on. It looks cute with the googlie eyes. Our time is almost up, as she will be returning home after the weekend. We had a great time. I will take more pics in the morning.
Here is Emma, a smart little girl I babysit a couple times a week with her brother. I got these 2 hair slides done quickly. Yeah! I think she is hooked as she watches the machine stitch. yeah! Yeah!
It has been a week already since Christie arrived in town. We have been so busy. This is our first stitchout. I forgot to turn it upside down, so instead of a dish towel, it will be a baking utensil bag. Lol!
Here is a blouse for a bride. I hope she loves it. I know the tone on tone is hard to see, however in the sunlight or on the dance floor I think it will shine. The large heart is placed in the area of the small of her back.
This t shirt modification was demonstrated on sewing with Nancy. Christie did the digitizing and I did the stitching. We used someone else design which had problems with the first color. Other than that, it was still a challenge. Love the results though!
Christie left yesterday. We sure did have fun. This set of framed text on towels worked out almost perfect. It has a line from where the cross stitch meets that is unacceptable to Christie. I like them. Not sure if others would appreciate them.
Here are mug rug and coaster from Sue's Engineered in Stitches. They are perfect for what I wanted. Thank you Sue.
I have not posted in awhile. A few projects got away from me before I could take a pic. Lol. This mini purse is from cremag. I think it is still currently being offered in the freebies section. Next one will have an internal pocket. I stuffed the flap and
Here is a cute rose headband slider. I want to make more of these and probably change to vinyl with fleece backing.
This piece is in the outbox. I just need to starch it a couple more times. I think I should also tack the knots as it seems a little floppy. any ideas?
