Here is the recipe for the muffins. Oatmeal Cakes 2 C. ground oatmeal 1 C Soy flour 1 1/2 C. Splenda 1/4 cup ground Flax seed 1 tsp Vanilla 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup apple sauce 2-3 ripe bananas 1/2 cup egg beaters (2 eggs)

I am here again for a while..we came home for th weekend (Mothers Day). I am meeting one of my sons in Seattle tomorrow then back to the volunteering. Great projects going on here.
