I am so frustrated!!! I just downloaded PED Basic on a new (old) computer and I can see the designs but, I can't transfer them to the writer. The message is "no writer module connected..."

Can Janome really be makeing us upgrade the Digitzer Pro 2 for windows 7 ? i have only used mine a few times and had to buy a new computer now it does not work.
