what kind of stabilizer do you use when making an intricate redwork (linework) design? I used tearaway, but it took forever to get all the stabilizer removed. Any quick suggestions?

I am sure this has been addressed before, but when you have a lot of jump stitches on one design, do you stop and cut them between color changes or do you wait until the whole design is finished?
