Remember the wacky towel? Well, my daughter will profit from it...here's the towel with a design on it. Can't give it to anyone as a gift, but she's thrilled to get one to use!! Again, allaboutblanks replaced the 2 towels within the week.
Valentine mugrug from SanFransicoStitchCompany. It was the "reward" for finishing the Christmas runner. Really did stitch out nice & I used their instructions to "bind" it & I think that turned out better than any I've ever tried!
Not a big project. But fancied up a couple fingertip towels for Valentine's Day.
I just want to sing the praises of our cuties that are so willing to help out if they can. The moderators do a great job! Thank you over & over! Esp. rescuer...she was the one with the answer THIS time! But you're all great!
Another mystery project from SanFransciso Emb site. Christmas table runner. Again, I am lousy with binding...but I still like the runner.
Christmas underwear for youngest son. He always expects underwear & makes a big deal out of it. Couldn't resist doing these! File from Emblibrary. I did have to reduce the size a little bit so it would fit.
Here's her car bag to carry all her "car" toys. I've added new items in the bag. Was going to make the bag, but found this one for a very good price & it has lots of zippered pockets. Had to do a patch to sew on it as I just couldn't get it hooped
shirt & doll to match for my 2 yr old grand daughter. The doll was a softie from Britt Designs & I used it as an applique on the shirt. DID mess up the blue colors...the correct one had fallen in the floor & I grabbed the wrong one! Can you spot the ot
The monogram is from Amazing Embroidery Designs (!) I think it's called Amazing Font applique? Did the ruffle & red on the serger. I had to sorta "Gerry rig" several things as I didn't follow the directions exactly! next time I'll do better!!
San Franciso site mystery project. A beautiful mug rug..however, I'm not a quilter so my border's not so pretty! But, these files stitched out GREAT! But think I'd have a fit if anyone put something on it without a plate!
12 yrs ago I made this for our first grand daughter. Yesterday the third one wore it & discovered the joys of "trickin treatin"! Our sweet little Red Riding Hood...she didn't want to leave the hood up! Have no clue where I got the basket file, but di
Christmas pjs for 2 yr old grand. Split Santa was digitized by plcd here on cute. You can't tell in the picture, but the fur & beard are white fleece. Red pants are flannel. She'll like them, I hope. I just bought the top but made the pants. Probably
Tissue holders. Design from DesignsBySick. Have made a lot of these & have several more to go. I like the size as you can also put cough drops, etc in the case. And I like a zipper so the tissues don't get messed up.
My daughter wanted one of the baseball caps with the chevron patch. I don't have a cap hoop nor a commerical machine. So made the patch & sewed it on the hat. Looks pretty good, but not as good as if it were actually done on the hat.
Scarf for next winter. She did it this week while visiting us. Tks again for the info on how to find the directions...she loves it.
