I have d/l Tajima Ambassador software, but cannot figure out how to convert the format of more than one design at a time. Can you convert multiple designs in one operation?

I just wish to thank Crafter 2243 for helping me with my request. I can now finish a coat for our dog before winter really bites. She is getting old and has arthritis (I can relate to this).
I D/L Paws Alpha (Not Applique) some time ago, now find that the letters H & N will not open for me, and I cannot find them in Des by cuties, after looking through 100+ pages. Please Help.

To all cuties who helped me, and to Ronny, I bought the Amaz Designs Brother card, and it works in my Reader/writer and Brother machines! I'm over the moon....saved $100. Thank you all. Sandy
There are no instructions about oiling my machines (Brother). I do not live close to a dealer, and surely these machines must need oil from time to time? Any advice from cuties please. Sandy
