Went on a pillowcase making spree, some for a birthday, and some Halloween ones for my grands. Knew there was a reason for buying it all.
Finally got the pictures off my camera. I've made 4 of these wall hangings from Sanfranciscostitchco. It was a mystery project through the yahoo group, one part a week. 2 are already given, and these are for Christmas presents.
My grandson Landon's Cars quilt. I put each one's name in the square so we'd all remember them. It's been a while since he got it, but my computer crashed with the original photos, and I needed some from his room.
So.. I figured if it was a hit with one, I's try for the whole team of 10. The boys liked them, and I think the parents were impressed. None of them seem to be doing this stuff. Anyway, I was pleased with the towels. I had made Derek a soccer ball one
Baseball towel topper made for my grandson for the end of his baseball season. I thought it would be a good thing for a second grader. Design from Adorable applique, towel isa barmop towel from WM, about 12" square, nice thickness and bigger than a wash
This is Blossom, made for my great niece Amelia's 2nd birthday. She is from Oma's designs.
Butterfly candlewraps for Kinsley's birthday from ls-lianstitch. Impressive to see.
For my GD's birthday, I made a swarm of butterfly bookmarks from My Gardened Sure sewed out nicely.
My "Mystery" project done with SanFranciso stitch Co. I left off the last large border with bell squares as I liked this. Put a sleeve on the back so it can be a hanging or table runner.
Derek and his Sponge Bob quilt that I actually finished before Christmas! Took longer because it is twin sized for his bed.
Kinsley's quilt is finished. More butterflies for her room. Can't see the quilted flowers in the border, but they're there. Already on the next one for her cousin. Glad I had my good sneakers on!LOL
