7-8-17 Amanda's Birthday today so made her a purse. Al. is her Alma Mater. Been rough for her lately on June 5 she had to have fusion of her ankle, her 5th surgery on it She has been in a (2nd cast) since 8th of June with no weight bearing for 8 weeks.
4 hangers, 5 different pillowcase dresses on each. Total 20 dresses, sizes from 4-10. Going to orphanage in Haiti. Been working on these for a while, they go in the Christmas boxes that will be shipped in Oct. to arrive for Christmas. 50 boxes for girls
For today.- 10 turbans I have made today for the Cancer Center. Just 1 of the projects my Homemakers Club helps with. I cannot go and do a lot of what the others do so I sew when I can to help. They are all made from 2 way stretch knit fabric like Tee
