To further my question about you buying your first embroidery machine. - I have 3 machines. My first I bought when I was 17 (100 years ago). It is a Singer.
Why did you all buy an Embroidery Machine? I went into Spotlight (Craft Store here in Australia) to buy some DMC thread for the Cross Stitch I was doing and came out with an Embroidery Machine.
I don't know anyone in Christchurch NZ, but shed a tear or two when this horrible news came onto the TV. What is happening to the World? Lyn

Someone mentioned that I should do some knitting when my power is off for 7 hours next Thursday. Last Year I had a terribly sore shoulder. Think it is called Bursitis.
I am having Withdrawerals already(if there is such a word) as I have just received notice that power in this area will be off from 8am till 3pm on the 24th. No computer, no machine,no TV. Nothing.
