2013 challenge Notebook (A5) cover and its little brother. Design is from this site. I cut out the top bit in my software and used it for the tab. It closes with Velcro. Material is from one of my husbands discarded suits. Not only was the mo
3 Notebook covers. I started out to make something for the 2013 challenge, but at the embroidery machine decided the design I has chosen was too big for the cover. So I added a design of my own. I liked the idea and did cover #2 - same idea, sa
Napkins Made 17 napkins for an early Christmas dinner on the 22nd. Used cotton 'napkins on a roll', you just tear them apart. They are supposed to be washable at least 10 times. Had only 6 white ones left and a whole roll of 12 in brown.
Towel. A client asked me to embroider a name on a towel : Nova Lyn. I had embroidered the embossed shield and the top feet when the phone rang so I stopped the machine. It was the client who told me she had misspelled the name, it should be Nova Ly
2 new FSL designs for Christmas cards. Having done a load of cards I wanted a different design to avoid boredom :) The holographic card stock is not the easiest thing to take a picture of, but at least the designs are visible.
Chubby Chicken design. Last weeks Clipartopolis freebies seemed the ideal designs for Sue's CD recycling. I made a small appliqué (fits a 4x4 hoop with ease) for a bag. Decided afterwards to replace the feet by a fill stitch as I am not particularly goo

Bag. In the stash my neighbour left me were a dozen or so log cabin blocks, the test squares she made for her quilts. All different sizes and colours; some 'paper'-pieced on old sheets, some stitches on batting. I chose 2 that had more or less th
Towel. Present for grandniece. With about 800 colours in my collection you'd think I could find an exact match with the birth announcement card. But it is better in real life than it looks in the picture.
Simple "red"work design on cardstock. I don't know yet whether to use it as a birthday card or a New Year's wish.
FSL decoration I digitised for Anabela. I let it dry over a ball to shape it a bit.
Bib - My daughter asked me to make a bib to go with a dinner set she bought. The picture shows the plate.
