Please, if you can, vote for the "V" at Amazing Embroidery Designs. I do vote for others requests. It's getting close but never quite makes it...I need it for a Christmas gift and don't have a membership right now, money is tight. Thanks in advance, :
Finally finished a quilt I promised to a friend two years ago. I enjoy piecing and was intrigued by the jelly roll race quilt tops but I don't like the quilting and binding, mainly because I am never satisfied. Well my friend is moving to Washington stat
Cutie number four! I was dumbfounded when I went to Designs by SiCK last night and found my recipe for the Pecan Clusters included in the set! I had these towels set aside for my sister and stayed up late stitching out GerryB's Cranberry recipe and the P
DollyGK's adorable, personalized Frosty ornaments. They stitched out beautifully and will be enjoyed for years to come. Thank you Dolly!
Time for a change... I've had Owls in my kitchen for years now I'm working at Mushrooms. Yesterday I did 4 of each towel and two pot holders. Today it will be towel toppers. I may be sick of them by the time I'm finished LOL. Designs from EL "Merry Mu
Sue's adorable jean purse, I think this is the cutest bag ever. I stitched it up last night, the directions were great and like Sue did I up-cycled the back leg off an old pair of jeans. The hardest part was deciding on the button. :)
With my son and his kids off visiting, I'm having fun. I was wanting a Valentines design that resembled the top to a candy box and I think this CE design fits the bill nicely. The second towel is stitching out now.
Thanks to BabyAbyss and her Golden Spiral design and Sue's Recycled CD coaster I've got a lovely new coaster for my desk. Both designs stitched beautifully. Thank you ladies!
Simple little kid aprons for my grandkids to use while doing their artwork or "helping" in the kitchen. They've been dancing around all evening in them while we've made cookies. Florist Font is from Amazing and the train is from Moemy at SF.
Lsliane's beautiful coffeepot tea light cover. Stitched like a dream, 2 hours of stitching and not one break or shred. Please forgive the poor cell phone picture, it just doesn't do the project justice.
July Challenge, I have needed something to put plastic grocery bags in other than an old milk crate, they accumulate too fast even though we use fabric bags as a rule. So... while the grand kids were napping this afternoon I made this holder from a towel
Play clothes for 5 year old DGD, Zoey. She picked the fabric for the shorts and applique from my stash and we collaborated on the font used. Applique made using font Engine and the little flower is from Embroidery Library. Fun stuff!
This is a little play dress I made yesterday for my youngest DGD, Amelia. She will be two on the 26th. My cell phone takes a rotten picture, but the applique color perfectly matches the little blue flowers. It was a fun project and I hope it fits.
I love these puppets! I've made two sets-one for each set of grandchildren. Three year old "Rew" won't give up the monster puppet for a picture. It's his new sleeping buddy...LOL My favorite is the kitty made with leopard skin fleece. Thanks for look
Absolutely love these fringed flowers by CE, three previously made sets got appropriated by family and friends within hours of being created. I put my initials on this set LOL! I created the quilted fabric and the cases are from Pegboard Crafts, Miss Vero
