I loved this Awareness ribbon so I had to try it in the Brain Injury Colours. I think it turned out very pretty. I think I may end up making a few more lol
Card making day today @ the Brain Injury. I did not get to finish them as I was a bit too slow today so the insides are all blank. I did a get well card for a fellow survivor & had everyone sign it & left it there to get mailed out to her. I did 2 men's
Ok this is the last test stitch out I think but I wanted to doublecheck that it is not too close to the edges? Do you think it is ok? Also I was thinking that maybe I should ask her to bring me all the hats just in case they are off a little bit. If I cut
Ok cuties I need your help on this one. I have been asked to create a gross grain ribbon for a wedding that will tie around a cowboy hat. This is my practise & my question is this : How small a font do you go & which one do you use? My ribbon is 7
Another Brain Injury class today & look at what I made Yup this is all me! well the teacher puts the end clamps on for us. I am very pleased with how lovely this is. I am starting to get the hang of it but I did mess this up & had to do it over again lol.
A big thank you to wider57 for posting her pet beds. I have to go babysitting for a few days & I think Bruiizer has more stuff to bring then I do LOL. I thought I would start by leaving a spare set of whatever I could @ their house & what a terrific idea
I have chosen this lovely design from Embroidery Affair to create the last napkin. I really like it & I think it pulls them altogether. Thank you for encouraging me to mix them up because now I am quite pleased with the finished "set"
I have done one more napkin but I'm afraid it looks rather plain? I would like to know what you all think & if you think I might be better off adding a little something more to this?
After some trial & error.............I had one all done but then it came out the hoop ARGH! & I could NOT get it back to the right spot So this is what I ended up with. Thanks to all the cuties for your help sewing on the Marine Vinyl. I did start with
From the Needle of Anne, another napkin for Mother's Day. I changed it to be all one colour. 2 down & 2 to go. I hope mixing them will still be ok
I went to the Brain Injury yesterday & I made these 3 Mother's Day Cards. The pink ones are for my mom & mil & the green one is for my daughter. I have used a gold ink pen to create "stitches" around the 2 pink ones but I forgot to put it on the green
This was going to be a set of 4 for Mother's Day, but I had a lot of bobbin thread come up & had to get the sharpies out. This design is from the country needle. Now I will come up with another idea.................. maybe a set of 4 different napkins?
Cutie Kim aka dragonflyer has inspired & assisted me in creating this wedding tissue pack. I really like the font Lauren Script it is a true type font & perfect for the small print used here. Thank you Kim
I really wanted to have a mask with the ladies gift basket & they are so quick & easy to make. So I whipped this basic freebie (DBC I think) & added beauty rest to it. I had a tough time figuring the golf covers so I got lucky when I found these faux fur
A can cozy & a tissue pack & a wallet & a golf ball pin ( the ball is mine) all for the golf gift basket to raise money for the Brain Injury Golf Tournament this month
