Cornflower and barley border. It started as a flower for a placemat, but then I loved the blue so much I went on and on and on. This was the last one before the alphabet that I had yet to stitch, which I did just now. I think I'll have to mak
Cornflower. I am working on a couple of blue placemats and designed a couple of summer flowers. Here's the cornflower. I used 4 shades of blue, but could not see the difference between 3 and 4 when stitched out, so I changed those two to just one
Flower design. I used 7 petals per flower and it reminded me of clematis, hence the colour. I'm not too sure about the decorative stripes, I might shorten them or leave them out altogether. This too fits a 4x4 hoop.
Daisy This is the stitch-out of 1 of 7 designs I made yesterday. The picture does not show the effects the light has on the different stitch directions. I was amazed at how beautiful it looks in real life.
Flower I digitised yesterday's free clipart by Clipartoon, the 9th in the current series. One more and I can start my quilt. The design is available on Yoriko's site www.mygardened.com Although all elements of this design are diffe

Wisteria I had to stitch it out. It will end up as a(nother) bookcover.
Campanula. Another addition to my springflowers (and to my notebook covers). It stitches in 7 minutes. I used cotton embroidery thread (DMC and Anchor) from the early 70s when I did a lot of freehand machine embroidery. It has a nice mat shine and
Cross stitch honeysuckle. When Carolyn asked a question about 5D Cross stitch I wanted to illustrate my answer with a few pictures of steps taken, so I made this simple design. I had to use it at least once, or rather trice. And yes, it will be
Our garden is growing... With Christmas behind us, we are thinking on spring and Easter already ;c) We have just finished 3 new flower designs for our evergrowing garden of mini-flowers. Which one do you like best?
Collection of 4 flower-pictures. We just thought we'd like to show you the spring-flower window pictures we've digitized this year. One of the few things we've come around doing digitizing, as we are still too busy to spent as much time with our
