Does anyone know why older designs come up on the first page? When I check for new designs I often see designs there that I know I hunted 60 pages back when I had a need to download them.

Years ago I made over-the-head bibs from handtowels using ribbing around the neckhole. I want to make some for my grandkids. Does anyone know the guidelines for cutting the hole the proper size?
