For quilting fabric there is a shop about 15 miles from me where I shop. Most of their fabrics are not more than 3.50 per yard.

I would like some tips on hooping a baby onesies. Recently a cutie made some very cute onesies and said they are easy, but I can't figure out how to hoop them.
