I have Windows 7 and when I burn a free design into a CD-RW, the design is in the CD but when I use my reader/writer, the design is not read into my sewing machine. Does anyone know what the problem is? I have a Gearhead/reader/writer.

After I download the free design from Cute emb. the design goes directly into downloads. How can I get these designs into a CD-RW. I do believe these designs are zipped.

I am having a big problem in downloading the designs. After I click on download, I get "local disk C " and when I click on save, nothing happens. I am trying to download to a CD-RW.
