Molly the Mermaid is finished!. I tried 4 different faces on this one, but decided to stick with this simple one. She is about 15cm tall and made in two hoopings. Incidentally, the real Molly is my great-niece who is into marine life, real or imaginary

I've been untwisting by trying out a new idea today. This little mermaid is quickly made in two hoopings (although it did take a while to turn her through!) Back to the drawing board now though as I think her face needs more character.

Litttle Joe is finished at last. I've spent most of this week tweaking the design and I'm rather pleased with him. The shirt and dungarees are made in the hoop except for the inside leg seam.
