I have been making tiny dolls, in felt with the seam on the outside( that is you put the back of doll under the hoop to join), even with tearaway you could see the white in the seam, so I tried plastic shopping bag one piece only in the hoop and it worke

I worked out how to remove Kam fasteners, if like me you put them in the wrong place I used a tiny heated soldiering iron; just heated the centre of the kam, you cannot reuse them but, can take them off...wendy
