I have been going nuts. Everytime I download a design it is because I like it and the colors. But when I open it up its got crazy colors and I can hardly see the design. What do I do?

I just paid for my subscription but cannot download the dollface designs which is free to members. How do I download the design? It says I don't have a subscription but I just paid for it. Jean
