A Lace Horse-Shoe is traditionally given to a bride for good luck. I'd like to make one for my niece[getting married on 19th May] but cannot find one. Does anyone know where I may find one? Thank you

probably a dumb ?....Can any large embroidery be altered to sew in a "Grand Hoop" or does it need to be digitized especially for them. Would like to know as I've got a big Pfaff hoop but have never used it.

Some advice please...Would like to make Mops'napkin rings ie. the Poinsettia and Santa. Do I cut some felt to the exact shape from print-out [this is how they do circles on Embroidery Lib.] or do I do it the way of usual Applique Embroidery??

applique Xmas Tree, made into a hanging ornament by stitching on felt. Used cut-away, and put fabric under hoop to cover it.I made quite a few, but two are left-over for me to keep for myself!

Both Polyester and Rayon are synthetic. Polyester is the stronger,launders well & good for work wear. Rayon is more shiny, bigger colour selection and good for delicate clothes and intricate detail.

I was teaching a friend how to make a Tshirt, so it was just plain and unembellished. Gave it to my grand-daughter, and she said 'are you going to embroider it'? She is just 7 and knows all about embroidery already!!!
