I like how you inserted lace in the middle. It dresses up the seam a lot and makes a nice transition from the stripe fabric to the solid. I'm amazed at how flat you got this rug. I have such a hard tim getting things flat and square.

I think I have this design!! My granddaughter loves Audrey Hepburn--I will definitely give this a try. Love seeing projects for ideas from all over the world. Your mug rug, colors etc are really nice. Will put this on my TO DO list.
