Hi sewsewleelee, my first suggestion would be to check your manual on how to download the design onto the floppy. If that is of no help try ringing the company where you bought the machine and/or Brother Sewing Company for some help. I'm hoping someone on here may have your machine and will come along soon to help you out.

A big Aussie welcome from me, love Chris, Newcastle, Australia.

did you open the Folders? The Machine can only read the single Designs. Also there are different Floppies, so check if you got the right ones I hope this helps you hugs Ursula

I have the same machine, also the 2002 model that's been upgraded to 2003. I love using the floppies--been doing so since 2003..only problem diskettes are getting hard to come by. I am hoarding about 200, tho I also use PE Design card. It is just so much easier to load on diskette than open software & connect box. Yeah--I'm still lost in the old school! It is so simple..just be sure designs are not in folders or zipped..and correct sizes for your machine. I'd be glad to walk you thru it if you want to pm me--we'll work off this site. If you don't know how to pm, go to the Q&A forum for instructions.

Hi and welcome to Cute! I just googled the model and found some interesting titles. Not sure if there was something to help, however there is a manual at brother. Here is the link. I hope the troubleshooting section will help you.
