Memorial Day Flag Cheesecake. I may not have a real "bucket list" but I've always wanted to try to make one of these. Memorial Day dinner at my DIL's parent's house was the perfect time. It's low fat and low sugar and tastes delicious! I added a link to the recipe in case anyone wants to try it.

I switched the NutraSweet Spoonful to sucralose which I believe is a bit healthier. Besides that, I made it exactly as written in the recipe. I brought extra strawberries and blueberries so that everyone could have all of the fruit no matter which part of the cake they were served.
