What type of Tigger are you after? Bouncing on his tail? With other characters? I have a couple of sites, if you put your email in your profile I can send you the sites, or you can contact me on my email in my profile.

OK, so technically, you should NOT try to get a Tigger pattern because it is a copyrighted image and more than that, it is copyrighted by DISNEY. Don't mess with the Mouse! They are very protective of their copyrights and have been known to sue. The only legal way to get any Disney designs is to buy a Disney Brother machine, as that is specifically licensed to use designs that Disney has allowed to be released. Any Disney designs (or other recognizable characters like SpongeBob and other Nickelodian cartoons) that you might find to download are going to be illegally done. Certain sites in certain non-US countries seem to be getting away with pirating images, but we (who live in the US, especially) should all be EXTREMELY careful.

Even if you have a Brother machine with inbuilt Disney characters you are explicitly forbidden to use them for anything other than personal use, no selling of articles with the image on it.

Hi there, I have a large archive of designs. I found tiger at Denisov Embroidery as a free design. Check it out, maybe it is still free.
