Sarah I am just off out but will send a PM later on a idea to make it easier on your hoops

I probably would never attempt anything like this if I couldn't get it all in one hooping! If I had to though, I think I'd print a template of each section of the design and pin them to the shirt where I wanted them to end up. It looks as if 3 sections would do it in your 130 x 180 hoop.

So if it were me doing this, I would print out the whole thing and then take my hoop, place it over the printed sheet, decide which chunks of the design would fit best (without having to match letters within a word if possible), then draw the outline of the hoop in different colors -- one for each hooping required. It might be best to do more than the "required" number of hoops to avoid breaking up words, but the picture will give you an idea of what I mean.
Then use software to break up the design by thread color changes (make the name blue thread and the crown green etc.)
When placing the hoop, use the template you created and mark with chalk the places the hoop needs to go.

I agree with Rescuer...but, I am not sure what size the design is...if it is smaller than 7" wide, three hoopings would probably work just fine...and I think that templates are a must and marked with the center cross hairs. I don't know what software you have, but mine will allow for multiple hoopings. I can "place" the virtual hoops on the screen to cover the areas I want to...then bring in another "hoop" and place it, etc...my software will also add alignment stitches at the beginning and end of each hooping to insure that each hooping is where it should be. Fortunately, none of the elements connect to each other so you have some leeway on your hoopings and spacing between each one...I know it will be great when you get it done!
