Pirates! 2 more toddler back packs. Miss Nora liked this pirate fabric, when it was flat fabric. We will see which backpack she chooses this week, now that the pirate fabric is all sewn up. By the way, I had 3/4 yards (27 inches) and those 2 pieces laying on the chair is what I had left. I lined them with rubberized Baby Dry and used red zipper in one and black in the other.-Toogie

I actually made them Saturday, except for attaching the straps on one. Finished it this evening.-I'll let you know which she picks, maybe even get another photo.

WOW! You sure are creative and ambitious! I just love these and what a fabulous idea. I may have to read your previous posts to see how you did this as my youngest grandson starts kindergarten in the fall and he is a real backpack aficionado. Suzanna, if you found the link in Sewing for the boxy bag I put, scroll down to see what size I cut these. I enlarged and it is in one of the comments to someone. Came about quiet by accident.
Look at my post in Community/Sewing ,at tfk comment, I put the enlargement size there.

these bags are super Toogie, love them and especially like the pirate fabric. I have a treasure hunt coming up with this theme (Jake the Pirate) and the four little guys would love this as well. Hope I can find some fabric as nice as this,

The fabric came from Walmart,Michelle. I'm not sure of your location, but if you're in the states, you should be able to find it there. My little grand daughter liked this fabric., too. I don't know if it was the color turquoise, or the sharks on it. Thanks-Toogie
