Embroidery Library has a plain block applique font in a few sizes. The letters are a dollar each.

Thank you for your help. I have just seen one at Jolsons which has the size I am looking for. It is on sale for $1, so I do not think I will better that.

I digitised one some time back but you may already have it, if not, let me know and I will send it to you. It is 2.66 height and contains caps and lower case.
