As a paid member, the designs you downloaded wouldn't go into the download centre, so I don't think there will be a record.

That is a shame.. Didn't realize that either..

That is a new one for me, but it does make sense since when you are a member you directly download, not put into a cart and therefore your account. Send a PM to test and ask her about it. Maybe something can be done?

I am sorry, but it does say that in the page concerning memberships. Many may not realize it because they either maintain a membership here or they download all the designs while they have the 6 month membership.

Maybe some BBF could gift you a membership for your Birthday??????

Glad that rescuer was able to give you the needed information, but I am sorry that you had this confusion and do hope that maybe any others here, who were also confused, may now understand, so they can get their designs downloaded while they have their membership.. I also hope everyone will think about any other sites they may have a membership to and be sure to get those designs downloaded during the membership cycle. Seems that any of the sites that have you put things into the cart those designs are saved to your acct and those you download directly those designs are not saved to your acct. Hopefully it won't be too long before you can get another membership so you can get the designs you were hoping to stitch out. Pam
