Hi there Cuties! Here is another patch work bag :)
This time a little bigger (4 inch squares)...this size is really good for an all purpose bag!
Have included a pic of how the bag looks initially after joining the 22 pieces! I added fleece this time as the bag was bigger to give it more stability. ...rest is all same as the other bag! Pocket inside n loop and button to close :)
Didnt have a suitable button and couldn't wait till weekend to go get 1 so I made this one with whatever I had on hand ......a bit small for the bag but looks pretty with the pearls n white crystal sewed onto a black button :)

Well this one was quicker than the first one as these designs took lesser time to stitch out! I was doing 2 in each hooping which took around 15-20 min each and I embroidered 20 squares!
Handles were done in 3 hoopings and both were done together side by side in a hoop ( so the length took 3 hoopings)
The bag is pretty easy and quick to put together. ..its just tye embroidery that takes time! Give it a try...it is worth the time :)

Well everything I make I do feel like keeping for myself but right now I am working on making some gifts to take back home for my family when I go for vacation this summer!

Yes I had planned it this way....every design is the opposite colour of the other side!

Wow.Wow...Wow...this bag is a wower....love this bag and all the embroidery....this has been in my to do list since I saw the pattern more than a year ago....Stunning designs and great work.....couldnt take my eyes off the bag....positioning the designs is lovely. The handle is so pretty. My mum, brother, sil and children came to stay with me for the school holidays , they didnt allow me to touch my tablet....missed all the posts...catching up now...spent most of my time in the kitchen...it was a joy to have them anyway....school starting tomorrow and they just left.
