this is billie1234, Purchased some free and paid for others files about six. I can't get them downloaded to my flash drive. order # 10031677. My machine is a Innou-'is 2500D pes or dst. I use a apple computer please help!!!

Are they zips or folders? Maybe you need to open them in your computer before saving to flash drive

Have you changed your computer? When I went from XP to Windows 7 my downloads no longer went to the USB but to the download section in my Computer. Have a look there.

Your Apple computer would automatically save them to your download file. You will need to move them to your desktop, unzip them if they are zipped, and then move the pes or dst file to your usb and then put it in your machine.
