Please know that I was also following this thread and had also posted to their site requesting the heart design plus I had also requested a couple of their other designs. At that site you had to email in your request. I have already received a message back, that the person was confirming they would send me the older designs but they were out of town until the beginning of the week and when they got back they would be sending them to me so if you have already emailed them, then you should also be hearing from someone and if you need the email or the site information I do have the info. Try to take a deep breath and know things will work out and you will get the information you are needing. Hope you are able to let go of the frustration. I am just thankful that this is a site where mistakes are admitted, if they become aware that something went wrong. We are all just trying to do the best we can, in the lives we each are leading, and hope we are also each doing all we can to try to help each other through the rough patches that seem to come into all of our lives. Hopefully this is the worst thing that happens to any of us today, as we would be very blessed if this was the worst thing to happen.((Hugs))) Pam
