I was talking to my cousin about the baby-to-be & she reminded me that it was her mother's 70th Birthday on the weekend so I decided to make another tea towel hoping this will go with the other I made & I will give it to her as a set. Do you think it is ok to give these for a 70th Birthday? Or should I make something with the #70 on it?

I think they are lovely. If you add 70 to something it may not get used. Was thinking if she has 6 grand children each cheeky fruit could represent one of them.

I agree with Miss Lillian I don't want things with my age on them. I've told the kids too not to buy me cards with my age on it. These towels are really cute I know she will love them. Well done, love Chris

Your towels are super cute and the designs make one smile. Smiles are great at any age. Numbers aren't so exciting, lol. Love the ruffle on the edge, it really perked up the towels didn't it!
