Time for another hand towel for the bathroom. Seems I missed another birthday? Hopefully she will like this. I am not sure if you can see this or not but I got the stems placed perfectly to land on the band of the towel! Whew hew lol I did a basting stitch & never hooped the towel it is a plush towel so too hard to hoop.

Beautiful Loralye...I never hoop towels just postion it on stabiliser then pin it to stabliser and machine baste then baste the wss film a bit fiddly but eliminates wrestling with the thickness of the towel...soozie

yes this is just what I did. It was much easier then trying to hoop. I used to hoop & it was such a struggle I didn't do towels very often too much trouble, but now I am learning. Thanks ~hugs~

Well done Loralye, I do my towels like Soozie below. It's so much easier than trying to force the towel into the hoop, plus it leaves a ring mark. You've done a wonderful job in placing the design just so. Love Chris

Suzanna I agree @ first I held my breath but it was smooth sailing & had no issues @ all so I made another one the same way so I could try to remember for the next time. Be brave once you do it this way you will want to make more because it is so much easier then trying to fight the hoop! thank you very much, ~hugs~

Those flowers look like they were planted in the band. Very nice! I hardly ever hoop anything anymore. But I do have a problem with centering towels on the hoop when I don't hoop them.

It was a bit of a challenge to center it but I did the fold crease & marked with pins so not too bad, thank you very much, ~hugs~
