I just tested this and it is still wet from topping being removed. He is either a pillow or a bag not sure yet.
Not sure if I have done this correctly ...... but I have been sick for about 3 weeks to sum up my being gone for while.
I wanted to make something and remembered this bird and what I intended to do with it after put the cevron fabric with it when I posted the test picture.
Picture #2 is what happened and I made inside pockets different on each side and it has zipper up top. Pattern just out of my head as I moved very slowely but ufo it did not get to become.

Mary, that purse turned out perfect--Love the chevron and the stripe strap turned out as well. I am going to have to get some burlap now--Ha Ha! Afraid I'll have to stick with my SnapSetter thing forgetting the Kam Snaps for now. Patti
