After seeing DeVon's wonderful idea for covering picnic tables I decided I would give it a try too. The round table has seen better days so I bought a inexpensive tablecloth with fleece backing & although it wasn't quite wide enough I cut the end of the rectangle tablecloth & added a little bit to the sides then made a casing & weaved elastic all the way through & it works great... you can't even see where I added to the sides unless you look really closely! Thanks DeVon for such a great idea I will definitely do this again!

Nicely done. I've been wanting to do this for camping picnic tables and I've come to the conclusion that I'll have to make two. One for wooden tables and one for the concrete ones as they are so much larger.

I just read you suggestion about the toggle and cord to use. I think that's a brilliant idea. You may have solved my wooden/concrete table problem. :)
